There is growing support among parents and teachers for a state assisted preschool program. Here to talk about it with Rick Hamada is Good Beginnings Alliance, a group that has just put out the results of a questionnaire showing how many people agree with state funded preschooling. Also discussed is how such a program would help our keiki, and what it would entail to put it in practice.
